Will my website show up on Google?

Every site ships with technical SEO ready: speed, titles and descriptions for each page, a sitemap and structured data. That lets Google read you properly. Climbing the rankings also takes content and time, and there's an optional monthly plan for that.

Will I be able to edit it myself?

Yes. If you ask for it, it comes with an admin panel where you change text and photos and publish articles without touching code.

Are the domain and the website in my name?
